Parking Permit?

So, Matthew parked the car last night...and when I woke up this morning I had a good laugh. In the spirit of giving him a hard time, I post these pictures....as evidence:









According to the California Driver Handbook,
"When you park alongside a curb, the front and back wheels must be parallel and within 18 inches of the curb."


Now in case you couldnt tell from the picture, we decided to measure how far off he actually was.
The rear wheel, which is closest to the curb, measured in at 3'9" a whopping 45 inches.
The front wheels, unfortunately the further, came in at 4'1" which is an incredible 49 inches away from the curb.

Someone shouldnt have a parking permit.
